The ARS goal is specializing in billing and accounts receivable for providers in the home health care industry. With 15 years in the HME reimbursement field, ARS focuses on maximizing cash flow for our clients, taking pride in building strong customer relationships and meeting our clients' needs. And we do so ensuring our clients' compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Dana Douglas: CPA and ARS LLC president, has an extensive financial management and accounting background with the Home Medical Equipment/Durable Equipment Business. Her operations and financial management experience also includes Infusion Therapy, Laboratory Services, Sleep Diagnostic Centers, Hospice and Diagnostic Imaging Centers. She has been Director of Accounting for Horizon Healthcare Corporation (Albuquerque, NM) and Chief Financial Officer of Milestone Health Services, Inc. (Nashville, TN). She is a graduate of Murray State University (KY).

Shelia Chandler: Shelia joined ARS with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and 18 years experience in the healthcare industry. Shelia’s experience includes HME, Hospital, and Home Health with emphasis in billing and accounts receivable. Her knowledge of Medicare, Commercial and State Program rules and regulations pertaining to the HME industry has proven to be an asset to ARS and their clients. Shelia has accounts receivable management skills as it relates to monitoring and reporting detailed analysis of A/R functions.
